The past two years were marked by a series of unexpected global and regional challenges. Simultaneously, a crisis always creates new opportunities, carries emerging trends, and brings new ways of thinking.

In this webinar we focus on how to lead multicultural work environments through these times on an organizational or individual level. We will also discuss trends that are affecting the field of HR, People, Culture & Organisation.

Ulrike Zacharias

Ulrike Zacharias studied Economics and HR, and she is certified in Systemic Organizational Development. She works as a Learning & Growth Expert for organizational culture in Roche Pharma. Ulrike is also a Freelance Advisor for DE&I (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) and inclusive leadership mentoring. Her holistic method combines coaching, mentoring and expert knowledge of HR/People, Culture & Organisation, organizational change, behavioral design, and DE&I to provide solutions that bring lasting benefits to organizations and individuals.

Ulrike’s international career spans 14 years of leadership roles in the UK, Austria, UAE, Germany, and Finland at Etihad Airways, Starwood Hotels & Resorts (now Marriott), Medios AG, Gate Group Holding AG, CareerFoundry and KONE. She is a lecturer in management studies, a mentor at MentorMe and Torch+Everwise, and a contributor at the MiB international network Finland. Ulrike moved to Helsinki in 2021 and works with both local and remote companies.
