Any membership-related issues you may have can be handled via Research Professionals’ e-service.
In our e-service, you can send us messages using a secure connection. Simply log in to access all of Research Professionals’ experts.
The e-service also contains information about your membership benefits and enables you to easily update membership details and pay membership fees.

Unemployment security
Unemployment Fund for Education helps in matters concerning earnings-related unemployment benefits.
New Unemployment Fund Ote will start on January 1, 2026
The Unemployment Fund for Education and Science and the Unemployment Fund for Higher Educated Employees ERKO will merge on 01.01.2026. After the merger, operations will continue under the new name Unemployment Fund Ote. Memberships will be transferred to the new fund automatically, and members do not need to take any action. The aim is to provide even stronger and smoother services for our members in the future.
The integration of systems and data between the two funds requires a service interruption which will take place from 23 December 2025 to 31 December 2025.
