The tenth comprehensive member survey of the Union of Research Professionals will be carried out during March. Members received a link to the survey by email on Monday, 9 March.
The member survey is regularly conducted by Research Professionals to collect up-to-date information to support the Union’s advocacy work and to hear the members’ experiences, expectations, and views. Every response is valuable to us: they help us to identify problems and determine the changes needed to improve the well-being of our members and the functioning of the scientific community.
We kindly request that you participate and answer the survey no later than Tuesday, 31 March 2026. Responding will take approximately 15 to 20 minutes. You can answer the survey in Finnish or English.
If you have not received the survey, please check your spam folder. It is also possible that your contact information in the member register is not up to date. Checking and updating your information is easy in E-services, the electronic member service.
The technical implementation of the survey has been done by Suomen Onlinetutkimus Oy, and the analysis will be conducted by Antero Puhakka, Chief Shop Steward and University Lecturer. The target group of the survey has been selected from the Research Professionals’ member register.
Prize draw for respondents
We will organise a drawing of 3 bookshop gift cards (Suomalainen kirjakauppa) worth EUR 50 each among those who respond to the survey and provide their contact information. The e-mail addresses of those who submitted their contact information for the drawing will not be linked to the survey responses.
