Coach: Ulla ZachariasUlrike studied Economics, HR and is certified in Systemic Organisational Development. She works as a freelance Advisor for DE&I* and inclusive leadership mentoring. Her holistic method combines coaching, mentoring and expert knowledge of HR/PCO*, organisational change, behavioural design, and DE&I* to provide solutions that bring lasting benefits to organisations and individuals.
Her international career spans 14 years of leadership roles in the UK, Austria, UAE, Germany, and Finland at Etihad Airways, Starwood Hotels & Resorts (now Marriott), Medios AG, Gate Group Holding AG, and CareerFoundry. She is a lecturer in management studies, a mentor at MentorMe and Torch+Everwise, and a contributor at the MiB international network Finland. Ulrike moved to Helsinki in 2021 and works with local and remote companies.
