Callback Service Available in Membership Affairs Phone Service Throughout September

A callback service will be available in the membership affairs phone service from September 2nd to 30th.

You can contact us by phone regarding membership-related matters from Monday to Thursday between 9 AM and 12 PM. During September, the membership affairs phone service will use a callback service. When you call, you will hear a recorded message, and we will call you back within the same working day.

As a member, you can also conveniently contact us and handle your matters through E-services. In E-services, you can update changes to your membership information, such as updates to your contact details or employment status. You can also check and pay your membership fees in the service.

E-services are available to members around the clock. Please inform us if your contact details change or if you change jobs. This way, we can better take care of your representation. Up-to-date workplace information helps us target communication to different workplaces and sectors, for example, regarding collective agreement negotiations and other relevant current topics. When your workplace information is up to date, we can ensure that you receive important information about issues concerning your workplace in a timely manner.
