Tatte’s Spring General Assembly will be held on Thursday, 22 April, 2021 from 5 PM to c. 6.30 PM.
This year the Spring General Assembly will be organized entirely online, and all proposals, discussion and votes will be held via Zoom. The link to the meeting will be sent via email to all members who sign up.
As always, we have exciting plans for the post-assembly social activities. This time we will enjoy a virtual stand-up comedy show (approx 30min) from Jaakko Suomala. The content will be in both English and Finnish to ensure everyone can enjoy some much needed laughs.
For those of you who do not know Jaakko, he is an experienced Jyväskylä-based comedian who has been making people laugh for seven years on more than 600 shows (visit Jaakko’s website for more details www.jaakkosuomala.fi).
After the stand-up, we welcome everyone to join us for a short online movie via Kanopy. This time we will be watching The Door. If you would like to join us for this movie, keep the online meeting open after the stand-up ends, log into Kanopy and cue up the movie. Having a social event without refreshments is unthinkable, so we’re offering a 20 euro Kotipizza voucher to all members who register for the online meeting (please sign up by 16 April, see Signing up below).
We will share the assembly documents on Tatte’s website (this page, below) one week before the meeting.

You may sign up for the Spring General Assembly still on the day of the assembly. In this case, please email our assistant assistentti@tatte.fi and ask for the link to the meeting.
If you would like to have the Kotipizza voucher, please sign up for the Spring General Assembly by noon of Friday, 16 April the latest, and remember to tick the box to receive the Kotipizza voucher and your customized online code will be sent to you by email. The voucher can be used for an online or in-person purchase from any Kotipizza restaurant.
Please note, that as always, you can join our social program at 6.30 PM even if you are not able to participate in the general assembly.
