The president, board members and deputy members are chosen in the autumn assembly for one year at a time. Other positions of responsibility (such as vice-president, secretary, and treasurer) are decided by the board at its organizational meeting in January each year.

In 2024, the board’s work is supported by three working groups, focusing on the following themes:

  • Fair and decent working conditions and university democracy
  • International issues
  • Developing Tatte’s internal practices and communication, events, and taking care of our current members
