Join HYT’s Pikkujoulut & Fall General Meeting
You are invited to HYT’s Pikkujoulut & Fall General Meeting on Thursday 26th November, 16.30-20.00!
We are kicking off the festive season with our Pikkujoulut event at Event Space Böle (Dylan Böle). A free buffet dinner will be served and you can expect a relaxed environment to enjoy music and games with fellow union members.
In our Fall General Meeting, we will be electing new Board Members and planning our activities for 2027.
You are welcomed to join us from 16:30 onwards when we will offer some snacks and coffee before the Fall General meeting starts at 17:00. After the meeting we will enjoy dinner, drinks and pikkujoulu festivities together. The dinner is free, with some drinks included.
If you want to make sure you are served dinner you need to register to attend by midnight Sunday 15th November.The meeting is open for all our members but dinner places are limited, and priority will be given to those who signed up earliest.
