Spring 2022 grant decisions

In spring 2022, Jytte awarded 17 grants with the total value of 7850 euros. Overall, 26 applications were received. Priority was given to grant-funded and unemployed researchers. Jytte wants to encourage, for example, part-time research students who are in part-time employment to apply for funding towards costs such as conference attendance. All decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.

We have received several applications for conference attendance from researchers employed by the university. These costs should be covered by the employer. Funding has also been applied for covering the proofreading of doctoral dissertations, which should be funded by the applicant’s faculty/department. Jytte would like to remind everyone that the first port of call for these types of funding should be your faculty/department.
