1. INVITATION TO SPRING ASSEMBLY
The members of FfÅA are invited to the FfÅA Spring assembly on June 15 at 18.00. This is the meeting that was postponed due to the corona crisis. We meet ar the Kuppis Pavilion in Kupittaan Puisto/Kuppsiparken and will then find a spot to keep the meeting outdoors considering safety distances of 2 metres.
At the spring assembly we will make decisions about statutory cases and also treat a suggestion for a statutory change. See point 2.
Please e-mail ffaasekreterare@abo.fi about your attendance on Sunday 13.6 at the latest. We will order food for the meeting, so mention any special diets in your message.
2. STATUTORY CHANGE
At the spring assembly we propose a change to the statutes regarding the possibility of holding meetings virtually in extraordinary cases like these. A statutory change has to be accepted at two succeeding meetings to step into force.
