Finnish Association of Researchers and Teachers in Universities of Applied Sciences (Samkot)
Samkot is a nationwide trade association for people working in the universities of applied sciences in Finland. Its members work in research, development and innovation (RDI), as well as in teaching and education.
Samkot promotes the realization of the professional, educational, social, legal, financial and general interests of its members. In addition to professional interests, Samkot strives to promote the scientific, educational and social capabilities of its members,does advocacy work to develop its members’ working life conditions and research activities and provides a community for its members.
