Welcome to become a member of Samkot!

All persons working in research, development and innovation activities, teaching and education as well as other expert positions in the universities of applied sciences can become members of Samkot.

Samkot is one of the member associations of the Finnish Union of University Researchers and Teachers (FUURT). By becoming a member, you get to be part of a large community of researchers, teachers and other academic experts and an active union that does effective advocacy work in higher education and science policy. Samkot’s advocacy work focuses on improving the working conditions at the universities of applied sciences in Finland.
