- Election of chair and secretary for the meeting
- Election of two auditors and two tellers for the meeting
- Stating the legality and quorom of the meeting
- Presenting the financial statements and annual report of 2022 and auditor’s statement
- Discharging the board and other accountables from liability for the accounts
