SATY’s event series, Sanctums of Science and Scholarship, continues! Our autumn excursion destination will be Parliament of Finland on Thursday, November 12. Parliament exercises the state’s legislative and budgetary powers, oversees the government’s activities, and participates in European Union decision-making. The Parliament House, designed by architect J. S. Sirén, was completed in 1931.
At the end of the visit, we will head to a nearby restaurant to continue the conversation, where SATY will treat participants to an afterwork drink and a bite to eat.
Please register to the event by November 1. The event is limited to 25 participants, and places will be filled in the order of registration. Link to the registration form has been sent to SATY members by e-mail.
